Questions and answers about websites, prices and timelines.
What people ask before the first call: how much it costs, how long it takes, what's included and what stays with you after launch.
Working with the studio
How does a project start?
With a short brief: Ari on the site asks three questions, or you can write to [email protected]. The team comes back with scope, timeline and price — work starts only after you agree.
How do you report progress?
Every week — a demo and a short update: what's done, what's next and which decisions we need from you. The project is visible in your client account.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Russian and Armenian — both for communication and for the websites we build. The team is in Yerevan; we work remotely with clients from other countries.
Pricing and payment
Why are prices shown as “from”?
It's the cost of a typical scope. Your project may be simpler or more complex — we'll name the exact price after the brief and fix it in the contract before work starts.
MoreCan the price grow along the way?
Not unless the scope changes. Price and deliverables are fixed in writing; a new task mid-project is agreed separately, never a surprise on the invoice.
MoreHow does payment work?
By stages, on the schedule we agree in the estimate. We work under a contract and invoice each stage.
MoreWhat's included in a website price?
Design, a build for phone and desktop, basic SEO setup, analytics and launch on hosting. Copy, photos and translations are a separate line if you need them.
MoreWhy not just use Tilda or Wix — isn't it cheaper?
For a one-off campaign page a builder is often a sensible choice, and we'll tell you so. Custom development pays off when you need design without template limits, fast loading, three languages, payments and CRM — and a site you fully own, with no monthly builder subscription.
MoreWho owns the result?
You do. After payment the code, accounts and design rights are handed over — the site isn't tied to the studio.
MoreDo you work with clients outside Armenia?
Yes. We're based in Yerevan and work remotely with clients from different countries — in English, Russian and Armenian.
MoreLanding page
How much does a landing page cost?
From $790 for a page with custom design, forms and analytics. The price grows with the number of sections, languages and integrations — we'll name the exact figure after the brief and fix it before we start.
MoreHow long does a landing page take?
From 7 working days if copy and photos are ready. If we write the copy, add 2–3 days.
MoreLanding page or small business site — which one?
A landing page serves one goal and your ads. A small business site is a few pages about the company that attract search traffic on their own. If you're not planning ads yet, the business site usually pays off better.
MoreCorporate website
How much does a corporate website cost?
A business site starts at $1,190: up to 5 pages in three languages. A corporate website starts at $1,990: service catalogue, news, careers and an admin panel. We name the exact price after the brief and fix it in the contract before we start.
MoreHow long does it take?
A business site takes from 2 weeks, a corporate website from 4 weeks. It depends on the number of pages and whether copy and photos are ready. We demo every week, so you see the site well before launch.
MoreWhat's the difference between a business site and a corporate website?
A business site is up to five pages: services, about, contacts. It rarely changes. A corporate website gives each service its own page, adds news and careers sections and an admin panel where your team updates content. If you have two or three services and no news to post, start with a business site — it can grow later without a rebuild.
MoreOnline store
How much does an online store cost?
From $4,900: catalogue, cart, Idram, ArCa or card payments, delivery and customer accounts. Extra integrations — 1C, warehouse, CRM — are priced separately, from $290. We name the exact figure after the brief and fix it before we start.
MoreHow long does it take to launch a store?
From 6 weeks for development. Bank or payment provider approval is separate: its timing depends on them, not us, so it's best to apply in the first week of the project.
MoreWhich payment methods can you connect?
ArCa, Visa and Mastercard cards through a bank vPOS — AmeriaBank, for example — plus Idram and Telcell. Apple Pay and Google Pay if your bank supports them. You sign the agreement with the bank and the money goes to your account; we help with the paperwork and handle the technical setup.
MoreWebsite redesign
How much does a website redesign cost?
From $890 for a new design and build that keeps your URLs and rankings. If you first need to find out what's wrong, an audit starts at $250. If your own team handles the build, UI/UX design alone starts at $490.
MoreHow long does a redesign take?
From 3 weeks. It depends on the number of pages and unique templates: a 10-page site and a 200-product site need very different amounts of migration.
MoreDo you guarantee rankings won't drop?
No one can guarantee rankings — the search engine decides. We remove what usually causes drops after a redesign: lost URLs, empty meta tags, broken links. Small fluctuations in the first weeks after the move are normal.
MorePayment integration
How much does payment integration cost?
From $290. The total depends on how many payment methods you need and how your site is built. If payments are part of a new store, they're included in its price: stores start at $4,900. The per-transaction fee goes directly to the bank or payment provider.
MoreHow long does it take?
Our part takes from 5 working days. Review and approval by the bank or payment provider are separate, and we don't promise their timing: it depends on the bank and how complete your documents are. So it's best to apply on day one.
MoreWho signs the agreement with the bank?
You do, as a company or sole trader. We tell you which documents and site pages are needed and answer the bank's technical questions. The keys and access to the merchant dashboard stay with you.
MoreWebsite maintenance
How much does website maintenance cost?
From $99 a month: updates, backups, monitoring, small edits within the agreed scope and a report. The scope depends on the size of the site and how often you need edits — we fix it in the contract. More about the plans on the Studio Care page.
MoreHow fast do you respond if the site goes down?
We see the outage on our monitoring and start working on it without waiting for your email. The response time for requests is written into the contract, so it doesn't depend on anyone's mood.
MoreDo you maintain sites built by someone else?
Yes, after an audit: from $250, from 5 days. It shows the state of the code and hosting and what needs fixing before we take the site on. Sites we built ourselves are connected right after launch.
MoreLogo & brand identity
How much do a logo and brand identity cost?
A logo starts from $390: three concepts, refinement of the chosen one, print and web files. A brand identity with a brand book starts from $1,490. The total depends on the number of items to design; we fix the amount in writing before we start.
MoreHow long does it take?
A logo takes from 7 days, a brand identity with a brand book from 3 weeks. What affects the timeline most is how quickly you choose a concept and send feedback.
MoreWhat's the difference between a logo and a brand identity?
A logo is the mark and the wordmark. A brand identity adds colours, typefaces, collateral and rules for combining them. If you're testing an idea, a logo is enough. If packaging, signage and a website are coming, you need the identity — otherwise every contractor will draw it their own way.
MoreUX/UI design
How much does website UX/UI design cost?
From $490 for the structure, prototype and phone and desktop layouts. The price depends on the number of unique screens and flows. If you only need a review of your current interface, a UX audit starts from $290.
MoreHow long does the design take?
From 10 working days for a site with a few standard pages. Apps and customer portals with many screens are estimated after the brief — the timeline is fixed before we start.
MoreWhat's the difference between UX and UI?
UX is the logic: which screens you need, what's on them and how a person gets to the lead form. UI is how it looks: grid, colours, type, buttons. We do both layers — a beautiful screen with awkward logic still loses customers.
MoreTelegram bot
How much does a Telegram bot cost?
From $590 for a bot or Mini App with lead capture, bookings or a catalogue. Payment and CRM integration start from $290. We'll name the exact figure after the brief and fix it before we start.
MoreHow long does a bot take?
From 10 working days for a bot with a lead or booking flow. A Mini App with a catalogue, cart and payments takes longer — we'll give you the timeline after the brief.
MoreHow is a Mini App different from a regular bot?
A regular bot is messages and buttons. A Mini App is a web interface inside Telegram: a catalogue with photos, a cart, an account. For KERI.AM we built two Mini Apps: one for customers ordering food and one for couriers, with their route and shift.
MoreAI assistant
How much does an AI website assistant cost?
From $990: knowledge base, setup, website widget and manager handover. You pay the model provider separately, for actual usage — by message volume (tokens). If you need AI inside email, documents or your CRM, that's AI integration, from $1,990.
MoreHow long does it take to launch?
From 2 weeks. The knowledge base takes the longest: the tidier your terms and price list are, the faster the launch.
MoreWhat if the assistant gives a wrong answer?
It answers only from approved topics. If there's no matching topic, it says it doesn't know and calls a manager. Most errors come from outdated information in the base, so you can edit the base in the admin panel without a developer.
MoreSEO
How much does SEO cost?
From $350 a month. The figure depends on the size of the site, the number of languages and how competitive your niche is — scope and price are fixed in writing before we start. Getting ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to name your company is a separate service, from $590 a month.
MoreWhen will I see results?
First movement in Google usually shows up in 2–4 months. Nobody can say more precisely upfront: it depends on the age of the site, the competition and how many technical issues need fixing. We show you what changed every month.
MoreDo you guarantee top-10 rankings?
No. Google decides rankings, and nobody can honestly guarantee them. We're accountable for the work: what was done, when, and what changed in traffic and leads — it's all in the report.
MoreGoogle Ads
How much does Google Ads management cost?
From $390 a month for setup and management. The ad budget is paid separately — straight to Google and Yandex from your card. If you need a page for the ads, a landing page starts at $790.
MoreHow soon will the ads go live?
Usually 1–2 weeks after we start: a week for keywords and setup, then Google and Yandex review the ads. Campaigns need another 2–4 weeks to gather data — by then you can see what a lead costs.
MoreWhat ad budget do I need?
It depends on your niche and search volume. Once the keywords are collected we'll show a forecast: how many clicks are available and what they'll cost. You can start small and scale what works.
MoreSMM & paid social
How much does SMM cost?
From $450 a month: content plan, posting, design and paid ads management. The ad budget is paid separately, straight to Meta. If you also need Google Ads, management starts at $390 a month.
MoreWhen will I see results?
The first posts and ads go live 1–2 weeks after we start. Within the first month you can see which creatives bring enquiries and what they cost. Organic growth without ads is slower — months, not weeks.
MoreWho does the photos and video?
We build posts and stories from your material and our own design templates. Shoots — photo, video, reels on location — aren't in the monthly price: we quote them as a separate line by agreement.
MoreWebsite audit
How much does a website audit cost?
From $250 for a technical and SEO audit with a report. If you need a deep look at where users get lost and don't leave a request, that's a UX audit, from $290. The price depends on the size of the site and is fixed before we start.
MoreHow long does an audit take?
From 5 working days for a typical site. A large store or a multilingual site takes longer — we'll give you the timeline after a first look.
MoreHow is this better than free checking tools?
Tools like PageSpeed produce hundreds of warnings with no context. We check by hand, drop what doesn't matter and explain what actually hurts search and leads — and what it costs to fix.
