Before work starts

If the project is cancelled before the first stage begins, any prepayment is returned in full.

During the project

Either side may stop the work. You pay for completed and accepted stages; the rest is returned.

Handover on cancellation

All materials produced up to that point — files, code, accounts — are handed over to you.

Timing

Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the written cancellation notice.
